Equipment characteristics
- The saccharification system adopts the recommended design structure of global craft brew company, and its overall layout is compact.
- The agitator and pump of saccharification system is equipped with frequency converter, to control saccharification stirring and filtration speed, protect equipment and improve wine quality.
- The whole design is easy to clean and no dead angle, the system is semi-automatic, with high continuity, and greatly shorten the time of saccharification and brewing.
- The fermentation wine storage system realizes automatic temperature control, and each module is equipped with 4 sets of 0.2m3 fermentation tanks.
- According to the needs of customers, the number of fermentation tank can be expanded to 8 sets in one integrated module.
- Adopts Siemens PLC control system, easy to operate, mature technology, is the current development trend of craft brew in China.
