Fermenting Tank
The machines designed according to food sanitary requirements, adopts SS 304 sanitary stainless steel, dimple type jacket both in the tank cylinder and the cone bottom, which can increase the cooling speed effectively, and also the jacket heat exchange area can be customer designed according to different processing requirements, with 60°-75° cone bottom for fermentation, and improving the beer and reproduction of the yeast. Adopts PU insulation, the external all adopts stainless steel plates. The tank equipped with manhole, CIP cleaning ball, temperature sensor, sample valve etc.
