Freeze drying system
Freeze drying is the process of pre cooling and freezing a substance rich in moisture into a solid, and then sublimating its moisture from the ice state to the vapor state under vacuum conditions for dehydration, the substance itself remains in the frozen ice shelf, so its volume remains unchanged after drying and becomes loose and porous. As freeze-drying is carried out under vacuum (with minimal oxygen) and low temperatures, some easily oxidizable substances are protected, and many heat sensitive substances such as proteins and microorganisms do not undergo denaturation or loss of biological activity.

Dairy products: such as colostrum powder, freeze-dried milk powder, cheese, lactoferrin, etc;

Equipment characteristics
- The raw materials of the product are first quickly pre frozen by an independent freezing device, then transported by skip car into freeze-drying chamber for drying. The freezing and drying processes of product can be carried out in a synchronous cycle. According to the product characteristics and production scale, the pre freezing system can be selected from: freeze-drying dedicated quick freezing tunnel, fluidized quick freezing machine, spiral quick freezing machine, rotary freezer, liquid nitrogen freezer, etc;
- Drying adopts radiation heat exchange method. Compared to the conductive heating method of placing the product tray directly on the shelf, the surface of the product is heated more evenly, which can improve the sublimation rate of ice in the product and greatly reduce the drying time of the product . The shelf heating medium is high-temperature soft water, with continuously adjustable water temperature as high as+130 ℃;
- The vacuum system is equipped with two sets of pump units, and it only takes 15 minutes to draw the process vacuum. Maintain vacuum by operating a low-power pump set. The dual pump scheme can quickly achieve the required vacuum degree in the process, reduce vacuum power consumption during drying, and ensure the reliability of equipment operation.
