The operating principle of the full-auto CIP cleaning system is to recycle cleaning under closed circuit, and the tank body, pipelines, pumps, all valves and the whole processing line are cleaned on line, which no need to disconnect the pipes or the equipment.

This CIP system adopt PLC program control, withcolorful touch screen to operate and display the whole process flow and each control parameters.You can set the cleaning liquid temperature, the acid and alkali PH value, the cleaning time, cleaning sequenceand reflux acid & alkali PH value. It contain system malfunction alarm device.
