Preface

 

    Different from the traditional plate or tubular sterilization equipment, the aseptic tubular sterilizer is a complete set of equipment specially designed for neutral or acidic liquid food with long shelf life. Its basic principle is to heat the material to 135 ~ 140 ℃ through high-temperature hot water for 4 ~ 10s, kill all bacterial spores, make the material reach the commercial aseptic state, and carry out aseptic filling after reducing to normal temperature.

It is composed of tubular heat exchanger, balance tank, sanitary pump, hot water device, frame and control unit. The materials to be sterilized first pass through the balance tank, enter the heat exchanger through the centrifugal sanitary pump, pass through the homogenization preheating section, homogenization, the first heating section (optional), the first insulation section (optional), the second heating section, the second insulation section, heat recovery section, cooling section, and finally enter the packaging machine for filling;

Production capacity: 0.5-30 T / h (customized according to demand)

Sterilization temperature: 95-140 ℃
